UPSEE Counselling 2019: Candidates who have successfully qualified the UPSEE 2019 shall be called for UPSEE counselling according to their merit in UPSEE 2019. However, the UPSEE AKTU Seat allotment shall depend on the availability of the seats on the day of counselling. UPSEE Counselling Process 2019
The UPSEE Counselling 2019/AKTU Counselling involves the following steps given below:
- Registration, Document uploading & Payment of counselling fee
- Document verification
- Seat allotment result
- Seat Confirmation by the candidates
- Physical Reporting at the college
Registration, Upload documents & Counselling fee payment: Firstly candidates will have to register themselves by using their UPSEE 2019 application number/User ID and password. After registering themselves candidates are now required to pay the counselling fee only through online mode via Internet Banking/debit card/credit card. They are also required to upload documents for verification.
- UPSEE Admit Card 2019
- UPSEE Result 2019 (Rank Card)
- Class 10th and 12th mark sheet
- Domicile certificate
- Category certificate for OBC/SC/ST (if applicable)
- Freedom fighters/Armed forces/ Physically handicapped Subcategory certificate (as applicable)
- Rural weightage certificate (if applicable)
- Character certificate
- GDDA category certificate (if applicable)
- Income certificate for financially weak candidates
- Other Documents required (only if applicable)
- Certificate of Medical Fitness/ Undertaking of Medical Fitness
- After successful document verification, candidates will be provided with a One-time-password (OTP) to log in and fill their choices.

Choice Filling: Candidates can choose their preferred college and courses in their order of priority during this step.
Seat Allotment Result: Candidate will be allotted seats based on the Result/Merit list, choices filled and availability of seats.
Seat Confirmation: Every candidate will be given three choices, the First step is to either lock/freeze the current alloted seat or they can continue with next two rounds (Round 2 and 3) or simply if he/she is not satisfied with the allotted seat they can withdraw their seats and end their counselling process.
Physical Reporting: If a candidate is allotted with the seat after completing the Round 3 (Final Round) then he/she will have to physically report to allotted College/University along with all required documents such as rank card, counselling conformation page, etc to confirm their allotted seats. If any candidates failed to report the allotted college within given date and time, then his/her seat will be canceled.
UPSEE Spot Round Counselling 2019
Candidates who have not been allotted seats in any of the previous UPTU counselling rounds but have secured a rank in UPSEE 2019 or those who were allotted with the seats but did not confirm his/her admission, then candidates can go for UPSEE spot round counselling and based on the merit list they will be allotted seats (if seats are vacant). For UPSEE spot counselling he/she will have to register separately with their UPSEE roll number and date of birth.

UPSEE Counselling Important Instructions
Candidates, who have passed the UPSEE examination from an institution located outside U.P. and whose parents are domicile of U.P. and who have not claimed for any reserved category, are also eligible for admission to courses offered at all institutions under General (OPEN) category.
Such candidate has to produce the domicile certificate of his/her parents (Father OR Mother only) at the time of UPSEE Counselling.
